"Galley scran from ESS, it is what you'd expect. Retail options are nicer but dearer - shame the price isn't reflexive of rank. Good atmosphere in the hall, news is always on + is well lit + clean. Staff are all lovely, nice to see some RN Chefs working in the kitchen now too. Only areas to improve would be making sure food isn't left too long under the heat lamps as is I found some food to be quite dry."
"It's a mess. As in a place service personnel eat. As with most things in the service, this has had the guts ripped out of it so it performs at a poor standard with what little it has left. The staff do their best but you know they feel defeated by a lack of options. Food frequently runs out, some of the options don't make sense. A highlight is seeing the cashier operate two tills at once."
