"I was very satisfied with the service I received in Warrenpoint for our dog Lily. I dealt with two different female vets, both of which were gentle with my dog and very helpful. Also Camilla at reception was so kind, pleasant and helpful. A fantastic service to have in our town as going to newry upset my dog travelling in the car."
"Very friendly and professional service in the Warrenpoint Clinic. Was able to call & make an appointment for the next day (Wednesday). My cat Lorca was put at ease, treated gently, with care & the vet explained his condition & treatment plan really well. As the only veterinary clinic in Warrenpoint and the surrounding villages, I really wish that it was open more than one day a week, as currently it is limiting the pet lovers of the area in when they can be seen, particularly if they don’t drive etc. All in all a great surgery run by great people and an extra day or two a week would be greatly appreciated by all in the area."
"Great service, very friendly and helpful staff. All the staff were great craic too and had a lot of patince when I was clueless about what was needed and coming back 3 times in 1 day"
"My husband Rory and I have seven dogs and we have been attending this veterinary practice for the last few years. We travel up from County Louth because not only do our fur babies get the very best service, the prices we pay are so reasonable. We couldn’t recommend it more as a competent, caring and kind practice. From the office admin led by Pauline to all the vets including our senior vet Liam we always get such amazing service and most importantly compassionate care for our animals. We are truly lucky to have discovered this practice and have no hesitation in recommending it thoroughly. Indeed if we could give ten stars we would. Thank you so much."
"Was quite happy with clinic until recently, kept coming in with my senior cat, with, turns out, very serious symptoms (leg trembling, shaking, not socializing, random meowing, licking plastic and just not being herself), had to contact emergency vet to find that out, plus emergency vet was surprised cats’ bloods never been done, considering her age (supposed to be twice a year) and her symptoms to rule out anything serious. All I got was ignorance and cheek, vet wouldn’t listen after I said my cat is 13, putting all to arthritis without checking and just pushing meds saying its not his problem my cat won’t take it, calling her names, couldn’t be any quicker to see me out saying cats are odd who can understand them(seriously, that comes from vet???), gave my cat SELENSIA injection (don’t do it without getting your pets bloods done!!!!) went to see other vet as my cat was suffering, turns out she has stage 3 kidney failure possibly due bad urine infection which wasn’t treated, the meowing mostly is hypertension and pain, which can affect vision due to kidney condition. After a month treatment, kidneys got worse but at least infections gone, so now I must make decision to put her to rest as she is deteriorating."
