"Absolute crooks, stay away from this accountant, they have not submitted 2018/19 partnership tax returns and now in Dec 2020 I am receiving £300+ penalty fines from HMRC as they forgot to do it and then blaimed another member of staff. I have tried to speak to the office who wouldn't help as no longer a client so emailed Mark the MD, no response. Definitely taking further action. I had been with them for 5 years, first 2 years good, then awful service, no response, very unprofessional, so I left them in June 2020, I have a list of errors and when approached the MD, a very rude email received back at the beginning of Covid, no assistance during this time frame and very stressful as you would think your accountant is there to help."
