"The lodge was really lovely and quiet. Not too far to drive to Bridlington and tesco was about a 7 min drive away. The lodge was tidy. Great little base. Had everything we needed. It was just the little things that let it down. Like the remotes needed batteries, the WiFi password wasn't anywhere to be found had to ring the owner for it. The washing machine was smelly and a very loud humming noise from the freezer. Apart from that it was lovely. Great value for money. The hot tub was nice, too"

"nice area, it's quiet but the amount of bugs i've seen in the cedar lodge are obscene but there are daddy long legs all over the shop. could use some maintenance to keep the place clean at least"

"Quiet, peaceful location, ideal for a family break. The lodge we stayed in had a large private area outside which is perfect to let youngsters run around and play in safely while you relax in the hot tub. Feels like your miles from anywhere but you're only 5 minutes from the beach, supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants. Only downside was the smell from the neighbouring farms and the amount of flies. Neither of these would put us off returning though."
