"Late Friday afternoon with a very painful right knee, goute! Receptionst took all my details, very professional, refered to Dr Brown who called me within an hour. After a detailed consultation I managed to get medication and was quickly on the road to recovery. The pharmacy were very busy but found the time to advise me on how to take the medication and what I should and shouldn't eat/drink over the next few days. I cannot thank them all enough for their high level of professional service."

"Disgusting customer service! I’m 17 and they told me to come at 7pm for an implant removal. I go to call them to let them know my bus is delayed by 20 minutes (I don’t drive) and it goes to voicemail because they’re CLOSED- And the website says this too. I finally get there (pitch black) and there’s nobody there? Left on my own now with no way of getting home! Horrible."

"Just made an appointment. Very poor experience with “care navigator” Sophie. What on earth is that about? She is a receptionist. I told her I am concerned about a rumbling appendix - it has ruptured before, and I don’t want to end up in hospital again. I was offered 4 weeks to see my preferred GP - but would have to wait until Friday to ring back and make an appointment, as she’s on annual leave. It was basically “take it or leave it”. Absolutely no advice was given about ringing 111 or indeed 999 if the pain got worse. I chose to take the first appointment available on the 12th. I have been with this practice since I was born - 61 years! Drs Meek, Cameron and Lavine - where are you? I just hope that that the GP I see on the 12th September will help."

"New to this surgery last year I recently needed treatment. I contacted the surgery on Friday afternoon, there was only a short wait for the phone to be answered. Care Navigator Sophie listened to my symptoms & was caring & reassuring when I explained I had virtually no signal at my place of work to take a call from the doctor, A Doctor called me back at an arranged time & a prescription was sent immediately to my local pharmacy. Excellent!"
