"Edit: THERE IS JUSTICE IN THE WORLD! SO PLEASED TO SEE THEY HAVE BEEN SHUT DOWN NOW, HOW MANY OTHER INNOCENT PEOPLE WERE THEY SCREWING OVER? ....... Bullies with no morals. They will charge you for work that hasn't been done, work they have invented and harass the elderly, sick, disabled, literally anything just to get a few more quid. I contacted Trading Standards about my experiences and I received confirmation that their demands for money would not stand up in a court of law and the company is now under investigation. If anyone would like to know more please ask. It's incredible that they are still allowed to operate given this. If I could give less than one star I would."
"Going with Terry Jones will add more stress to your experience. They set deadlines and don't meet them and have a go at you when you call asking where stuff is, so unprofessional. My case was meant to be passed onto a senior person but there were so many errors and delays after that. 6 months later they have just said they made an error and came coming back for more money. They always claimed to be so busy and even tell you they won't answer some emails. If you can't look after the customers you have, don't take on more. Too many fundamental issues, they really need to sort out their organisation."

"Felt we were treated in an offhand manner. We were told we would be dealing with one particular person but telephone queries were always handed off to someone else - ended up dealing with 5 or 6 different people. They rarely returned calls and we had to chase them up constantly. Such a laid-back attitude is hardly fitting for a professional organisation. Totally dissatisfied. Would never use them again."
