"Avoid at all costs. I paid a large amount of money for a will in may 2022 after a visit from one of there representatives. It is now 9 months later and I have still not received the first draft. I was promised this by Sept 2022 after several calls to there customer service I spoke to one of there legal services who asked for all the information supplied in May and said I would receive a draft in 4 weeks. Nothing was sent after several more emails and phonecalls I was told the person who I had spoke to had left and none of her emails were being read. I was promised a phone call within 48hrs from the supervisor. No call was received. I am post a review complaining and received std reply saying send complaint details into customer services which replies with std email saying they would reply with 48 hrs. Again no reply. They have taken my money under false pretences and failed to deliver anything. Absolute con for a company who say they have 5. Star reviews. I don't know who writes them but it is not there customers."

"Given that they market their Will service so heavily, one would think they would have no issue arranging this for me, especially given I like less then 10 minutes from their offices. However, a month later, with them having cancelled and rearranged 3 appointments, (2 of those appointments being cancelled and rearranged at short notice) have all now led to me giving up with them."

"If i could put 0 i would constantly phoning my mum after her husband (my dad) has just passed no sympathy just wanting to get my mum to meet in costa coffee! NO i don’t think so Avoid! Awful and disgusting getting people when they are vulnerable"

"Was contacted by Honey legal after showing website interest & was given a date & time one of their local representatives would visit me to help sort out a Will.Despite waiting in all Saturday afternoon when given a 1.00pm appointment nobody turned up or even bothered to contact me to let me know the appointment couldn’t be attended by them.I find this totally disrespectful but upon reading some reviews I feel maybe I have dodged a bullet this time.Bad organisation & they won’t be given a 2nd chance."
