"Be prepared to have your mind blown on a personal and professional level. You'll explore the many different aspects of physical and emotional health; the interconnections between ill health and lifestyle, and then explore how some of the history health policy and modern medicine actually contribute to many of the issues. this sounds huge, and it is, but it's broken down into smaller manageable sections until your ready to put it all together. The in person courses have a mix of theory and practical, and well as time to ask questions, group discussion alongside time for reflection."

"I am thankful I found The College of Functional Wellness to complete my Foundation and Practitioner Functional Kinesiology training. They offer a unique, multi layered, structured approach to enable students to thrive while learning. Whatever your learning styles, they accommodate. Their online learning portal is easy to navigate, the textbooks are thorough and contain visual tools and step by step approaches. I especially benefitted from the visual and practical way of learning by watching the Kinesiology balancing demonstrations (both in-person and online) and then practicing the techniques with my case study participants. The video tutorials and knowledge base with easy search functionality is especially helpful and you can view these on demand. I found attending the consolidation days very beneficial as it provided the opportunity to evaluate your knowledge and fully embed the knowledge, module by module. The College of Functional Wellness staff are highly experienced in their field, were very supportive with all students and their course offerings are extremely thorough."
