After providing them a very basic specification Richard visited our home to confirm the design, measurements and final finish of the installation, thereafter providing clear and regular updates; and most of all getting the works completed months ahead of the initial schedule. On the day of installation the two fitters conducted their works in good time and ensured the finish was excellent, in addition to a comprehensive tidy up which for me makes a huge difference.
