She has all the correct forms & insurance to ensure your pet will be safe, communicates regularly and provides a full briefing way ahead of time. Not only this, but Sue goes above and beyond to ensure everything goes to plan. I think what best demonstrates Sues professionalism and helpfulness is that not only did she provide pictures of updates of our dog throughout the day but she also washed up all of our glasses that had been left when we rushed out in the morning.
