"I ordered a divan bed with mattress, cost me alot of money, however, even though I got told the delivery was between 7amand 7pm, there was no phonecall to say the actual time slot, when they did turn up, I asked the delivery driver's to take it up stairs in my room , the driver refused to help take up a king-size mattress that was way to heavy for me to lift upstairs and he declined, he was very rude, I will not be ordering from this company again."
