"Phil Allen runs this school. Unlike most martial art teachers, he has a wealth of experience teaching real kung fu principles to fight training - unpredictable and dynamic in nature. Whatever your style or background you will get a insight into how they used to train back in China hundreds of years ago. You can expect to get a few profound words of wisdom, face some realities of real fighting in a controlled environment, gain a sense of achievement, plus have a real laugh at yourself. (Personally, I get embarrassed saying I used to study kung fu in this day and age of MMA. However, if you were wondering if there was something of value to be gained from one of the oldest fighting methods, go and take a lesson here - you will be surprised!)"
