"I can not recommend enough Snooker Crazy. We purchased a cue and unfortunately it was slightly dented by a third party a week or so after receiving it. I contacted Marc and he has given nothing but exceptional customer service, he gave advice on what to do and what not to do with the dent, he provided me with steel wool and lint paper at no charge to enable me to rectify the small problem and he has shown a genuine care for me as a customer. He has been in regular email contact and because of his advice and support the cue is in perfect condition again. A genuine business owner who actually cares about his clients and the products he sells. An absolute pleasure to do business with and we will continue to support Snooker Crazy.
