"Usually the people who serve you are really helpful and nice but today the pharmacist on duty (Saturday 19 February 2022) was the most miserable man ever. He never once looked up to acknowledge a person was asking something (me) and communicated via the assistant. He had a face that just said he didn’t want to be there. Awful. Despite having my prescription in front of him he refused in a rude way to give me exactly the same medication and ingredients with a different brand because my one was not available. I’m changing pharmacy. There are ways of talking to people and that guy had zero communication skills."
