"System down so couldn't process prescription, left it with them until I received a message the following day to say it was ready for collection, drove down at 1.10pm to find a note saying they were closed due to being to busy. Won't be using the pharmacy again."

The staff were moaning about the Doctors opposite messing up the prescriptions and it causing extra work for them. I had a prescription which was snatched out my hand. I will be using the smaller chemist a bit further up in future."
"I am a volunteer and deal with a lot of people on my ward . I am a councillor. And one of the staff said to me it's people like me that make it difficult. I am just ring to help people and I'm difficult. It's not my fault that prescriptions are not getting through . It's hard for everyone. It was only after I said no its councillor foster I am a volunteer. And don't have time . For administration to sort things out . And the worker said I can phone only after finding out who I was . Not good enough."
