"This pharmacy is the pits. Staff are rude, Tasha is rude AND incompetent, I have now moved my pharmacy as they cannot cope with the workload. I don’t want to go to the pharmacy when unwell and walk out feeling worse. When I ran out of medication I was told to “take more responsibility for my health” and the reason for running out???? The pharmacy didn’t do my script for 3 weeks. So it’s not me who should take more responsibility it’s them. For some people this chemist is their lifeline, it’s the only place they can go and it’s convenient next to doctors, so hang you head in shame. Learn some customer service, train the existing staff and get more staff preferably with a better attitude and your customers might come back."

"A bewildering ordeal. This pharmacy won't issue same day prescriptions from the adjacent pharmacy because they're "snowed under" - which wouldn't be an issue except then they won't release your prescription to be collected from other pharmacies. They'll tell you that they have, but then they won't. And you won't realise that until you've gone across town to another pharmacy to try and collect it. The staff seem nice enough. But this is insane levels of incompetence. When stood in a queue of 10 equally desperate people that seems to be moving at a slow crawl, you start to question whether you even want to be treated. Some of the other people in the queue with me have the same issue. We move as convoy from this pharmacy, back to the local Rowlands pharmacy, and back again. Like lost souls in a bureaucratic nightmare. Pray for us."
