I'm very happy to say that I had an excellent, thorough yet relaxed and friendly gait analysis at Love Running with Jo Randall today. Jo very clearly explained the process, what she could see in my gait and demonstrated to me what the video analysis picked up. Jo encouraged me to try on quite a few pairs of trainers and we discussed how they each felt and what difference they were making and I left very happy with my purchase of a new pair of trainers. "Friendly, decent prices and a knowledgeable treadmill test to help understand your running style. Treadmill test is free with purchasing a pair of shoes, and they are very understanding with budgets - didn't try to upsell me on the most expensive shoes or anything like that. Chap had a good sense of humour and I even got a couple of free old running magazines. Very happy, would visit again!"
