Athlos Triathlon

"I made an order for a couple of cycling shoes. I had to wait a month before receiving the shoes, which was due to an extremely slow shipping method. Anyhow, receiving the shoe I discovered I have received the wrong model. To sort out this mistake I reached out to Athlos Triathlon to solve the matter. They didn't have the initial shoe in stock and recommended that I could either keep it or send it back. as I need that particular model I requested a return label. The response was that I could pay for it myself (????). I payed 16 GBP for a return label. And on top of that is wasn't able to get customs handling of 19 GBP returned. It costed me 35 GBP in total. I would not recommend purchasing with these guys unless you want to cover the cost of their mistakes."

They also have a great mechanic, had my road and mtn bikes repaired/serviced, fast and went out of way to avoid unnecessary expense. Highly recommend."

"Great staff and beautiful shop. I came in only to buy a bike lock. The staff member showed me them and offered to put it on my bike for me. When I came in with the bike that I purchased online they not only put the lock on it but they put the pedals and straightened the handle bars for me too! They were extremely kind and helpful. Whenever I'm purchasing workout gear I'm going to look here first. Thank you guys so much!"
