"Friendly staff to greet, lovely calm & professional area where vaccine was given and nice simple idea of putting a sticker on each patient to show when 15min waiting had expired and we could leave. The only downside is that it was a chilly day, so cool waiting to go in for vaccine and room where we waited to leave was also cool. This was not fault of the staff as am guessing they had to ensure there was lots of fresh air. All round, a very pleasant experience. A big thank you to everyone involved."
