"I think it's a huge shame, as the team seemed very kind at first, but unfortunately I realised I was overcharged on several occasions. For a small French bulldog, they charged me £41.40 for one day, with Stuart citing that I didn't pick him up within the first hour (bear in mind still within the clear window, and after several times waiting 20-30 mins for my dog to be brought down anyway!). I would just be conscious of leaving your card details with them and also if you come from a different background. Also, if it really is a function of the dog needing to be picked up within the first hour, then this needs to be made clearer when payment is being taken, which is common business practice and also, then the car park needs to be addressed, as I would get there and it would often be busy in there also causing delays. After I asked for proof of my card details being removed, Stuart then sent me a video over WhatsApp! Honestly haven't had such awful service from a company before and it's a shame, because otherwise Stitch was well looked after."
