"I phoned the grimsby store in advance to check they had the Clark 8inch bench polisher in stock. Drove 60 mile round trip to the store today, bought it along with other items. Got home this evening. On opening the box I noticed there was extra tape, making it look like it had been re sealed. When I opened it up a number of parts were missing, mainly the 4 washers that hold the pads on, so I can't use it. I will now have to travel again and will want a new unopened product. Really not good enough service."
