"These are my nails after just getting them done. They are all different shapes, one isn’t painted properly and they’re lumpy. Staff aren’t the friendliest, would not recommend."

"I went there first time today because it’s not too busy . Done shellac gel nails. There’s a lady who served me I ask her to cut my nails little bit short and she done too short even without asking me before she cut it and after she done nail polish in my nails I showed her few times some parts on my nails left without colour and she applied back some colour but outcome is still not good. She didn’t even ask if I was happy about her service. I never going there and not recommend for anyone."

"Very happy Nail Fairy has reopened, it's had a gorgeous makeover too and not just screens at the desks. Always fantastic nails that last a very long time, nice and relaxing and no need for awkward small talk. Prices are great and usually takes less than 45 mins for a full set"

"They fitted me in straight away. They seem very friendly although the person I saw couldn't speak much English but he showed me what to do. They didn't hurt me at all, when I've had it done before (not here) they can sometimes be rough. They didn't file my nails down too far. I loved the nails when they had finished and had no problems with them. They haven't started coming off or chipping at the sides and I've had them on over two weeks now. I would recommend them to my friends and I've had comments from people saying they like my nails. Would definitely go back again."

"Well i have just had my first Nail Fairy experience. I have read good and bad reviews on this nail salon but decided to try it out for myself. I guess we all look for different experiences but I thought it was great!!! As soon as i walked through the door i was dealt with quickly and efficiently. They may not speak much English but at times its quite nice not having to make small talk and just get the job done. Also lets face it do we go to the effort of learning their language...NO!!! I have had my nails done for over 10 years and have never seen anyone do them so quickly. The lady did a fabulous job and i will definitely be going back. They are hard workers which is more than i can say for English workers who spend half the time talking to their colleagues instead of the customer. We have grown into a nation of moaning lazy people and its nice to be able to give someone credit were its due. WELL DONE NAIL FAIRY KEEP IT UP."
