Anna was looking after my cat and had good knowledge, recognising her history and recommending a straight forward treatment. "Not impressed at all with The Vet Centre recently. They used to be caring and compassionate but now they are corporate they simply only care about making more money. No communication from the senior vet there. Time to look for a practice with a more personal touch. Edited to add that our insurance company would not cover all the costs as they stated to us that the vet centre are charging way over usual veterinary prices. Beware."
"Came here for a 2nd opinion on our 13 year old collie. Vet was very thorough and kind with our dog. Worked out how much movement he had by moving his legs (we'd been told by another vet he'd have to have an x Ray to work this out). Found a weakness in his back and just gave us some straight forward advice. Nothing to make us try and use our insurance. Gave us real confidence in their service."
