"Great place to get anything for the home. Went in to get lace curtains and expandable curtain rail, staff were on hand to help me find what I needed. All reasonably priced."

"The staff here are appalling. I have had two experiences in the last week in which the staff have been zombie like. We went in to purchase a rug and it needed to be the largest size, we asked for some advice once we found the one we liked and the guy just said “you gotta go online” I asked if they could check online to see if it was available and he just repeated “you gotta go online in an angry tone” The second time I went In I needed to change some bedding, I had bought a super king and needed a king… the lady said no because I didn’t have a receipt, I just asked to exchange it was still in the wrapper and bag, I had just picked up the wrong size. But she met me with a blank expression and said there’s nothing she could do. This place is sells nice stuff but the staff are so rude it’s beyond belief."

"Was passing the shop after a family wedding and decided to try out the Pausa cafe. We all had toasties which where very hot. My hot chocolate was very strong. But overall we where very satisfied with our food and drinks."

"I have just been left humiliated by a lady in a green jacket on the tills in Chichester I went to the tills with two different size mattress covers……one I purchased last week(had bought wrong size) and asked to exchange which I knew was probably not possible She bluntly told me I couldn’t and that I had no customer rights as it had been removed from the pack I then asked to purchase the alternative size which I had taken to the till It came up on the till two pounds cheaper than the marked price ticket… I said it’s my lucky day then! She asked for my e:mail and I said no thanks …. She then stated she couldn’t give me a receipt then … to which I responded of course you can…..as the receipt printed out …. She attempted to screw it up ….. I asked for the receipt…. At this she started shouting at me that I was being rude to her!!!! …..and shouting there was no need to be rude to her etc. I left the store shaking I have tried to call but the phone gets cut off I will not leave this matter here"

"Quite a good shop for bedding and household stuff. It felt a bit stufy as everything is packed in so tightly and the aisles are a bit narrow. Still they do stock an awful lot of good stuff and the café is quite nice."
