"Recently had my wisdom tooth removed and was very nervous of the whole thing, especially the needle to numb the area. Both the Dentist and the Nurse reassured me that everything would be ok and the Dentist explained what was going to happen as well as the risks associated with the procedure. Although not pleasant, everything went well and not as bad as I expected. I was given full aftercare instructions, medication and followed up the next day with a call to make sure all was ok. In conclusion the staff were very professional but also very kind and supportive allowing me to relax in what was quite a stressful procedure. Very impressed and my thanks to the whole team."
