"I came here for the first time ever to collect my DPD parcel, where I was presented with a rude, vile and unmannered male person behind the till. Despite being well mannered myself in the absence of his manners, I soldiered on. Unfortunately he was the rudest and most obnoxious shop keeper I've ever had the misfortune to speak to. He abruptly asked for my name then demanded my ID, then told me to wait on the otherside whilst his colleagues looked for my parcel. I appreciate the store was busy at the time so I allowed him to finish serving his customers and had no problem with that. Meanwhile, his colleagues were struggling to find my parcel and told me that I will have to wait for the rude person behind the till to finish. Oh he was far too busy searching for vape refills for another customer who came in long after me. That and his disrespect is what annoyed me more than anything, because he wouldn't look for my parcel but had time to pull boxes out and open new boxes looking for his last customers vapes he was serving. I rejoined the queue behind that customer as I was still waiting, My turn again for him to serve me and for the second time after waiting already nearly 10 mins. He asked me to wait over in the corner AGAIN while he served the new customer that just entered the shop. I refused to do this and told him his colleagues were struggling to find my parcel and that they were waiting for him! He told me to move aside again rather rudely, I wouldn't expect anything less form him by now.... Again I refused politely, and said please can I just have my parcel and you'll need to help your colleague who had no idea what he was looking for. So he reached under the counter and within 5 seconds found my parcel. It really was that simple!! He then told me, as he threw the parcel on the counter he would never take a parcel again for me, which I didn't choose to have my parcel delivered there in the 1st place, that I will take up with DPD. I'm thankful I will never have to visit that store ever again. So the moral of the story is AVOID Twyford News, take a hop skip and a jump to a lovely friendly Co-Op just over the road to your right (if facing Twyford News) they will be more than happy to treat you as a valued customer, as they did me."

"Love this shop.. after a full night on the packet and 3 pay cheques later i hit this place up at 4am for my last few beers of the night (sometimes a bottle of voddy) the locals outside are always drunk and friendly and always ask to dispose of my small change. 10/10 would come again"
