"Staff refused to open doors. 12 mins before closing times. Young Male staff member on sat 28th of Feb 9.48.saying we're closing early. Due to cleaning. Why coop do advertise to public 10pm? Or was this guy working badly without your knowledge? Also ignore there automated replies. Is it so hard to advertise correct opening hours to customers,in these modern times? ? Really? Modern times have more accurate definitions. Why not advertise. We close early for cleaning. When ever he wants? Or we want. Please arrive 15mins before closing. If you want great service¿"

"The actual shop is great with good staff, however I'm getting fed up of the traffic that there delivery lorry causes parked on the road, and always at 3.30 which combines great with the school traffic. Honestly the back log in traffic this causes is crazy and something needs to be sorted."
