"It's ok..... The main thing I don't like about Aldi is that they wizz things through the till so fast you can't keep up. A lady in there at the till today told me I was not allowed to put any of my shopping on my own bag at the till and had to put it all in the trolley and then repack it all again. All I did was open a bag and stand my carton of milk in there. I thought I'd heard her incorrectly so put the next milk carton in the bag with it and she said agin not to put anything on my bags.... I then had the security guard stand uncomfortably close to me while I sorted the rest of it out at the packing benches!! Products and prices are good..... Customer service - not so much!"
"Always a good place to shop,. Like the tools section and the prices. Went in again today and the tools seem to be nothing but ferrex where you have to buy batteries and charger separately. Cheaper in some cases to buy top named tools with everything included, and better quality. Shopped again today, 11 Feb and still good value for money. The flowers for valentines were especially a good price and not a rip off like many other places at this time."
"Brilliant store, but wish they had self service checkout for just a few items. On this occasion I went in for a couple of things and the checkout queues were so long l left without getting them and popped into Morrisons instead."
