"Every single time we’ve been here we’ve been greeted by the friendliest staff, always a fantastic selection of food and drink and so much to do for our son. Absolutely love the events they put on. Would recommend 1000 times over ♥️"
"Love it here, a regular with the little ones. The choice for the kids is amazing and the seasonal sessions are always a must too! I love the owner Emma, she always remembers my daughters name and is literally talked about for days after every time we’ve visited. It’s clear to see the effort the team make and how they contribute to the sessions. Warm and welcoming. So much more interactive than soft play with lots of integrated learning too! Thank you x"
"I never usually write bad reviews but we have been twice now and both times have had a bad experience! Initially we went to try the crafts (didn’t end up doing them as we were made to feel so unwelcome despite being the only people there…) and then did messy play a few days later as we’d already booked it but regret going back again. The lady who served us both times was so unfriendly, from walking in the door she gave the impression she was annoyed we had come in! I was served a very burnt teacake the second time which was a shame as the first time the food was okay. The messy play itself was just one small tray of shaving foam with a few spoons and things in and a mud kitchen outside, on the photos and website it sounded like there would be various different messy play textures/experiences so it was very disappointing! The concept of the cafe is really good as it’s nice to be able to sit and have a cuppa while they children have somewhere safe to play however the staff are just not friendly and there really needs to be more effort put into the activities!"
"We had my son's party here and I can't recommend this place enough. Everyone is so friendly and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The kids had the full run of the place and there was a perfect balance of free play and party games, bubbles and dancing. The food was more than enough with a mixture of sandwich's, crisps and veg sticks. The gluten free plates for the kids where also amazing. Plus ice-cream and sweets. The crafts where brilliant for the older kids too. We will be back x"
"So glad we came after meeting the lovely ladies at an event in town earlier this week we came to the cafe and had a really lovely time. Although they were super busy Rebecca still made time to help and answer any questions will definitely be returning! The children enjoyed playing and crafting and I enjoyed cake and a little craft play aswell."
