"Very overpriced manicure, particularly as it was not done well. The electric file has ruined my cuticles and each nail shape is different. Wouldn't return- Mooey's next door is better."

"Went in for refills and the woman told me £40 and £45 for completely new nails so I went with the latter. A different girl cut my two nails after telling me £45 and then stopped as if she remembered something and then told me £55 for new nails! I have never paid that much for nails in my life. I told the girl to forget it and then the lady came over and after a longer then necessary conversation, gave her only excuse that the girl is new. They didn't offer to fix it and I had to ask if they could fix the two nails they cut. The girl did so and was abrupt when asking what colour, etc. She did apologise however for her mistake. In the end I left time wasted, no infills, and two new nails that are a different colour for the rest. I'm confused by the good reviews. Better of going to Portsmouth where you get the same quality and the prices at least make sense."

"The nail technician got annoyed when there was confusion about what shape I wanted my nails (even though I was unbelievably polite, I even tipped her because I felt bad for being picky!), she then got touchy and cut me with the file multiple times in her annoyance as well making my nails wonky and odd shapes. It was uncomfortable to have to sit there whilst you could hear the tone of annoyance in their conversation in a forgein language. They did have lovely colours, we’re obviously skilled and everything looked clean but I will not be returning, hopefully others experiences are better and perhaps it was just a bad day."
