"Disappointed is how I’d sum up my recent experience and that’s why I’m writing this review. I’ve been a regular customer at Biancas who almost always tips for a while now. Their hair cuts are fine, but the reason that they will no longer be receiving my business is a lack of customer appreciation. I showed up to an empty barbershop with 2 workers in, almost 25 minutes before closing time and they refused to cut my hair because it would be a few minutes after closing time when they finish. That’s their prerogative and as a business if that’s their decision then fine, but it has basically communicated to me that they don’t appreciate or want me as a customer. So from now on, I will be using alternatives."
