Reviews
"I was recommended by my friend Glenda who had a cat called Buttons. Glenda didn't want me to pay out more than I needed to for Buddy cat by another vet practice that I used to go to. Glenda had a lot of dealings with Companion care due to Buttons being very very ill and sadly had to be put to sleep. That broke her heart. I am very very happy with everything that Companion care has done for Buddy cat. I will recommend you to other people I know who have cats. You are such a brilliant company and I am really pleased that I have registered with you. Thank you."
"I received after care from the nurse, which I thought was a really nice touch. I kept in contact with the vet/nurse on WhatsApp, showing photos of my dogs wound and getting the advice I needed to get him better. Thank you to all the staff."
"Only gave one star because I had to in order to leave a review. I would never take my pet here again. We had such a bad experience and wouldn’t recommend this vet to anyone. My pet went in for an operation and came out without having the operation done and a lump on his head. He was extremely stressed out and not himself for a few days. I tried to speak with the practice about my concerns and it has all fell on death ears. They also went on to charge me the full amount for the operation although he still left with his balls! This has been in dispute since December and they have now passed it to a debt agency and I am still refusing to pay. He has since had his operation else where and is a very happy boy!"
"The receptionists were both very friendly. I appreciate being able to have a laugh with them. They were knowledgable and helped out another customer with in depth questions while I was there. The vet was very loving towards my cat and explained the procedure well."
"We recently rushed our beautiful girl shar pei in as she all off a sudden became very unwell. We found out within 45 mins after blood test she was in organ failure and had to be put to sleep. We’ve had her 14 years since she was 8 weeks old and she was part of our family and the most loving loyal dog ever. We were all devastated. The vets made her a lovely comfy bed and gave her a pain killer and sedation so she was comfy, and they gave us time to go and get my eldest children and allowed us all as much time as we needed to say goodbye. They offered to take a fur trimming and paw prints for all 6 of us, they were very sympathetic even the nurse looked in tears. We have recieved a beautiful sympathy card from them and I’m forever grateful how they treated our girl with love and dignity and made what was a very hard time a lovely one we will never forget. We been with this vets years and always been happy with them but never been through loosing our dog before. I would recommend them highly and want to thank you for helping our beautiful girl mia be out of pain and off to rainbow bridge. Thank you to all staff that was involved x"
