"I wanted to return a smartwatch that turned out to be a missed Christmas gift, I just mention that I have the right to do so because it has not been 30 days since the purchase! The woman from the service at Argos Bridlington gave me the foreign helpline number for the company that was the item, claiming that I was not entitled to a refund at Argos. The product was unused and originally packed. I was not informed when purchasing that I can't make a return in Argos. Unprofessional and rude service."

"This place is great, as soon as I walked into the shop a lady asked me if I was ok but it was a long time since I had been in there so she helped me with what I needed. I got exactly what I wanted but a lot quicker than if she had ignored me like in other shops. The staff are very polite, pleasant and professional."
