"The best vets. I took my cat with an injury, who ended up having to have surgery. The vet Chris was really invested in giving my cat the bets possible care, and helped us arrange things with my insurance. After the surgery, Chris would call to check up on how my cat was recovering too. They treat the animals like their own, and I wouldn't take mine anywhere else"

"Arlo is a very barky dog, but both nurse and vet were brilliant with him and understood his needs. Soft gentle voices and relaxing him in to submission and a belly rub 5*****"

"So much better than the previous vet we used, ive transferred 2 of 3 cats and will be switching the 3rd over soon. Value for money and such helpful staff. not trying to milk us for as much money as possible with fear tactics unlike our previous vet.Would highly recommend to anyone needing decent pet care at a good price"

"I went to neuter my kitten and I was given an estimated price of £65. She had a health check the week before to make sure it's all good and no concerns were raised by the vet. They then called me mid-operation, once they cut her, to tell me she is too fat and they couldn't do what they had to do, am I willing to pay another £50? (don't know how they missed to see this the week before). Obviously I agreed, so they cut her again, causing her extra stress during her recovery with the two wounds. I was then told I need to pay a sum of £190, which I didn't really understand, and I asked for clarification. The nurse tried to explain it and I still didn't get it, then I went to the counter and were charged £146. I paid before it would go up again, but I still don't really understand how £65 + £50 added up to £146. Other than that, it's a normal veterinary, offers what it has to offer, bit out of the way for most people, bit overpriced, and very noisy for a cat because there is a shop downstairs and there are a bunch of dogs around. I've changed vets since and I'm very happy with the decision."

"Easily found upstairs in pets at home. Stairs and lift to get upstairs. There's a groom room up there for doggos to get a pamper. Ringing to get an appointment isn't easy, often they don't answer the phone. Service was good, although every time I visit I'm never seen on time, this visit I was seen 37 minutes after my appointment time. Do also check the pricing and ask for an invoice, they tried to charge me for treatment I'd never had. Luckily I'd asked the price before visiting so I knew it was wrong. It could be a really good establishment, they just need to be better at customer service and attention to detail."
