"I'm always really confident getting my hair cut here. Great service and always a good result. I had a weird experience recently, when I went in for a pop of vivid colour. The original result was great but it faded really quickly after a couple of washes. What I was really impressed by, was the way they fixed it. I had a next day appointment to put the colour back in with some extra colour lock stuff at no additional expense. Excellent customer service!"

"Sadly, my experience at this salon left me with green/blue hair at the side above my ears. This mistake then caused my hair to became very dry and damaged hair from staff trying to scrub, yes scrub the green/blue out. Over a year later the hair has still not recovered. No apology was given, it was brushed off with 'this happens sometimes' - I was still charged full price and I won't be returning. Careful anyone who has colour/highlights done here!"
