"Yet again another fabulously relaxing and enjoyable journey to turn back time at Strawberry Workshop! My IT skills are shocking so I really should have known better than to book online. However, going above and beyond the call of duty, Terri looked at her appointments for the day, looked at my past hair history and realised that I either had very fat fingers and had clicked on the wrong service or was a total Muppet and knew nothing about what my hair required (my words not Terri's!). In both instances she was right! Thanks to her background check she was able to provide exactly the service I had intended to book without making me feel as if I was an inconvenience. Terri ensured that I was totally relaxed, had enough coffee and magazines and was positively delightful throughout my time in the salon. I must say that every time I have visited Strawberry Workshop, regardless of who has been in charge of my hair, I have left the salon feeling like a goddess. Today was no exception.
