"Originally went to Chichester cars to get an alloy wheel straightened. During the process they slightly damaged the alloy wheel. They took full responsibility and offered to fully re coat the wheel at their expense. However instead I got them to do all 4 with a discount in a new colour and couldn’t be happier with the result! "Amazing service! Got my alloys powder coated for the second time at Chichester Cars, first time in gloss black for an Audi A3 and second time to dark grey for a BMW 3 series. The second time round, the colour I selected was Tesla black which came up in a slight blue tint as I got the satin version over the gloss that was on display. It didn’t really match my car as it’s black so Chichester Cars Ltd immediately offered to recolour the alloys free of charge to a colour I would be happy with. The recommendation they gave me for the new colour was perfect and I could not be happier with how my alloys look now! Every time the alloys were done to a very high standard and flawless. Highly recommend."
"Took my Audi A5 in late on a Friday (02/09/22) with a bit of chrome trim replacement which I'd bought but couldn't fit. They swapped it over and got off a paint scuff which had been bugging me in preparation for me selling it. They charged me nothing! Excellent customer service.
