"Proper little boozer a rare find in Portsmouth these days. Inside one bar serving Atlantic ale at £3.30, the usual lagers and wines. I tried the ale first and it was great. Wine for my wife was served in a not to crystal clear glass so I had to ask to change it. One star knocked off as barmaid said it was a new glass and they are used alot. The customer is almost always right so just change the glass and do not justify a smeary glass. Anyhow, it's still a lovely pub for a quiet drink. Recommended."
