"Excellent customer service. The shop assistant was so lovely and polite, I have been very impressed with her work, in less than 5 minutes all of my 3 kids got all the parts of their new school uniforms. Stock was up to date, new guidelines on place, kids friendly atmosphere and superb quality skirts and pinafores. Definitely will be back again."

"I bought a suit for my sons Holy Communion with the advice of the sales assistant, and she advised on going for a bigger size in the suit as he will grow into it. 2 wks before the Communion I tried to exchange the suit for a smaller size in the jacket but they point blank refused. Saying the tags where missing - I suggested taking the string tag from the new jacket ( the same brand ) and using that, she says the barcodes are different. After they had the money £148 they were not going to move on their on their strict policy - No Tags No Refund. I would advise people to stay away from this shop and take their money elsewhere."
