Costa Coffee (Cowplain)

"Had a chai latte and friend had a coffee , I had a cheese toastie which wasn't great at all it was burnt . At first while waiting drinks came out wrong , they girl taking the orders had to tell the girl making them again . We finally got out drinks , unfortunately they've changed the parking outside from a hour to half hour which makes a big difference to whether I would use this store again because lack of time unfortunately."

"So a freezing cold day in early January, and my car is going for a service and mot. Will take at least a couple of hours i'm told... I dont know the area but thought I would walk and see what I came across. After around 10 minutes, I could smell roasted coffee, and in the distance I could see the costa logo. Warmth woohoo! In I head, to be greated by a very friendly female member of staff, who enquired about my day - I explained why I was in the area, she told me not to rush which I thought was really nice. I have my medium special blend cappucino with a shot of caramel - lovely - and a toasted sausage bap also really nice. I sat on a comfy chair, I used the free wifi, and read The Times (how civilised). I spent about 1.5 hours there and for £6 I thought it was a bargain really. Whilst there I watched the two female members of staff, and I was impressed at the dedication they showed to their roles, talking about what they needed to do next, always making the time to say hello and show interest in their customers. Ultimately, its not just a good cup of coffee that makes a venue, it is also the overall enviroment and I would recommend based on my experience today."
