"Just enjoyed a tasty breakfast, smashed avocado on sourdough with poached eggs. Cooked perfectly and washed down with a really generous sized pot of tea. What really sets this place above the rest (apart from the food!) is the lovely atmosphere, it's cosy and inviting and the staff are friendly without being over the top. I will definitely go back to try some of the other things on the menu - they even open evenings and do cocktails and have a good choice of wines - can't wait to go back and try them out."
"A Hugely successful find - I have been once before when this was known as T & Thistle, both myself and my partner were searching around southsea for a ppace for lunch without going to our usual haunts. All I can say is, this is going to become our usual haunt. Excellent surroundings and decoration, with polite and attentive staff. Great food also, with probably one of the best Lattes I'VE tasted (Im no seasoned coffee drinker) Would throughly recommend. I had a Hummus, Falafel and Beetroot Bagel and my partner had a Sausage amd Bacon with Ketchup Bagel! Well Done Six Highland Road!"
