"Cat was referred here by our vet in Orkney after being run over and sustaining a nasty pelvic injury. Arrived herr around 0730 straight off the Aberdeen ferry, and even though they were not open, staff offered to clean up Tibby (the cat) and offered a brew and use of the bathroom while waiting for them to open. Staff were helpful and friendly and communicated well with us while Tibby was in their care."

The receptionist and staff were absolutely brilliant! With their advice and treatment Ruby recovered brilliantly. The vet, Saulius, explained everything to us. Even emailing me well out of the business hours. To keep us informed. Ruby could have had surgery, but AVR said it wasn't neccessary. There was no forcing us to get her operated on. If you're reffered to AVR by your vet. There's no need to be concerned. The professionalism of the receptionist to the vets is exemplary."
