"Lots of choice but not very big. If they don't have it here, they normally have it hedge end. The staff are very helpful and know what they are talking about when you ask for advice."
"In the last few weeks I've gone into return and pick up items. I've had no worries at all. I had 3 big heavy panels to return and a member of staff happily helped me bring them in, from the car. I also needed to find some bubble wrap to help me cover a front bumper, which I needed to post. A member of staff directed me on where to find it. I also went to check out and the lady behind the counter was positive and friendly. Keep up the great work staff!"
"Visited on 20/11 looking for a Xmas tree. Saw one I wanted but couldn't find the box. Asked an female assistant if she knew where it would be as was showing one in stock. The assistant stopped what she was doing and went and found out where the item was and brought it too us. Only thing didn't like was there is only one till that accepts cash ( witha real human), all the rest are card only payments ( self serve)."
