"The putting to sleep of our beloved cat was with respect and compassion. Staff were very respectful at all times."
"I recently had to us the Vets Now out of hours service as our dog took a sudden turn for the worse. I called the number, details were taken and advised to head over. After a short wait I was seen. Sadly my poor dog was very ill and following a discussion with the vet we let her go. Throughout the process I was treated with care and compassion. They arranged for my dogs body to be collected by the Pet Crematorium. I also received a condolences card along with paw prints taken by the vet nurse. Yes, it may seem expensive. But at each point I was advised if the total cost. They also provided full details in a document by email that I was able to send to our pet insurers. The following morning I received a call from my own vet to say she had heard about our dog and she was so sorry to hear about her passing. This was not an easy time for us, but I cannot thank the vet and staff at Vets Now enough for their care and compassion."
"My beloved Merlin, my stunning long haired black cat aged only 11.5 had cancer. He’d done well for several months but then deteriorated rapidly, not eating, losing weight rapidly etc. my own vets wouldn’t help him on his final journey for 5 days!!! A massive thank you to Vets Now for their kindness and compassion and giving him the help he needed when he needed it most. Thank you Vets Now for letting my precious boy to a peaceful place. He didn’t deserve to be left 5 days"
"We attended Vets Now late night/early morning a few days ago and they were lovely. Extremely helpful from the initial call and very calming. Both Sophie and Hannah (sorry if the names are wrong) helped us with Dwight’s issues and gave us the best advice. I would say I would definitely use again, but hoping I don’t need to and that my cat is forever healthy."
"The female vet who attended to my cat couldn't have been nicer or more considerate. I pretty much knew I was taking my cat to the vet to be put to sleep due to the condition she was in. When I phoned to arrange to take my cat in I was a bit shocked that just to turn up would cost £318, total bill including euthanasia was £432. Was in and out within half an hour. But if you don't want your pet to suffer you just pay it. It's a bit sad that local vets do not seem to provide out of hours emergency services anymore, had I not been able to get a lift I would have also had an expensive taxi fare to Kingswells to pay."
