"Went to measure my 1 year old son's feet to get him his first pair of shoes and the attendant wasn't friendly. He didn't even try to play with my son to ease him into measuring his foot. He just took my sons leg and was forcing his four into the instrument. Told him to stop and I will do it myself. Please train your staff on how to attend to babies and young children."
