"Myself and my husband pop in occasionally when on an errand. Whilst the food is usually what you pay for, this time round there was pink fluff in the chips and the burrito was cold. The store was barely open an hour and I was the 4th order, and the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned from the night before. Half the drinks were just flushing out water too. I'm sure the staff work hard, but something needs to be sorted. Toilets also dirty and one was out of action."
"The place was filthy..every table dirty or with rubbish on them..the floors had rubbish all over them..no straws were served with the drinks..the food was rank..on the way out I was gonna ask for a serviette but none of the 4 staff on were at the service desk..just all sat in the back chatting..first and last visit!"
"You would get better service off my dead nan. Ordered 2 identical meals and 1 extra and that took about 5 mins to take. Got to the window and took about 8 mins to receive my order and then got home, the extra was missing and the North Pole was warmer than the chips"
