"1st time I've tried the bacon & cheese flat bread. No receipt came out of the ordering machine for this one item. Didn't arrive very quickly and it tasted, tepid in warmth and yet dry and underwhelming."

"Not even worth the one star ive had to give. Come to this macds, we were out of town passing through, so we used the drive thru . we asked for two toffee lattes and 2 apple pies, order was wrong when we asked them at the window to remedy it they said no and wanted us to drive round again, if we order something its your job to listen and get it right, not make us run around your store because of your incompetence . Staff definitely need retraining and need to learn what customer service is. Workers couldnt even make a toffee latte without getting the syrup down the cups, and ive got toffee syrup on my pants Cheers for unpleasantness. Will go burger king next time, advise anyone else thinking about going to this Mcdonalds to do the same. Or just dont bother yull still be hungry and disappointed or have a stain on your clothes."

"Absolutely disgusting, dirty restaurant litter and food everywhere, cold uncooked soggy chips, cold burgers absolutely dripping with grease. Over the last few months has become a disgusting poorly ran place unsuitable for humans, young staff stood on phones instead of cleaning, could clearly see old food gathering under food prep areas absolutely rank. Will never go again even my daughter upset an refusing to go there. Doesn't deserve a star"

"McPlant burger tasted good. HOWEVER, took forever to be ready. Zero care in prep, both burgers were only half in their buns and had 4 x 1 inch shreds of lettuce. We ate in but burger was lukewarm at best. Table was covered in sauce. Only one waste bin in service right at front past queue of customers. Had far better experiences at other branches."
