"I want to give 3.5 stars. Ordered on a Tuesday. Service was excellent, food was a mixed result. A shame after seeing such great reviews from others. First off, the food: I ordered Mini Chicken and Prawn Spring Rolls and Special (chicken and "king" prawn) Sweet and Sour Balls. It was a shame that the spring rolls were overdone as the portion was great and they can with some tasty prawn cracker-like sprinkles. They were far too dry and had lost their taste somewhat. The chicken balls were very tasty and soft, and the sauce was lovely and there was plenty of it. However, the king prawn balls were way drier and overly crispy and they had the smallest kind prawns in them I've ever seen. I tried eating the prawns on their own but they were so dry and chewy that it was impossible. Such a shame as not many places do prawn balls so it should be a treat every time I order them. They were NOT worth paying extra for. Secondly, the service: The staff in here are always really friendly and happy to chat with you. This was especially clear tonight when the online system had a bit of a hiccup and I had to call them on the phone. The delivery driver was polite and prompt, everything was warm when it arrived. In relation to the hiccup, I was offered something as compensation, but I did not receive it in my delivery. I'd already come to terms with paying what was on my original order so I won't hold it against them this time."
