"Food was 2hrs late, meat was dry, green stuff in burger, hair in my bag of chips, phone line given does not exist please don't be fooled by the 5 star hygiene rating this is the worst experience I've ever had at a takeaway"

"Ordered tonight - delivery was almost an hour late. Burgers were dry, no sauce.. onion rings barely cooked. Sweet potato fries barely cooked. Absolutely shocking for the price paid. Not sure if it's been taken over as it used to be really good? Breadbuns were dry as hell.. just awful."

"Absolutely shocking from Gadgie Burger, paid £50 for 3 cow and chicken burgers and 3 large pizza fries which I have had before. The fries were a small size all wrong toppings. The burger order was completely wrong and included items people do not like so rendered all the items inedible for the people who ordered them. Everything was cold as well. To make it worse the supposed closing time was 22:00 we went to the premises at 21:30 to complain (the time at which they delivered) and it was shut. They clearly wanted to finish early for the evening and it shows from our rushed ordered. I have sang the praise of Gadgie Burger in the past but not again. Will never order again. Abysmal."

"Ordered through UberEats. Order was over 1 hour late so waited 2 hours for delivery. There is literally no way to contact Gadgie on Anlaby Rd as the phone numbers given do not work! The food was actually nice but the delivery service has put me off ordering again."

"Ordered a chicken burger. Look like it had been double fried, chicken was as tough as old leather boots. Also ordered a pizza burger but no pizza sauce in. Staff in shop wasn't wearing face mask or hair nets in kitchen, they offered us 15% of next order. The manager from home offered us £10 from next order. I wouldn't eat this again even if they paid us. Gone down drastically down hill since last used."
