"Went for my appointment, this is after weeks of them calling me saying I can get a loan (I told them I couldn't because of my credit history) not to worry they said you've been approved just got to do a face to face, so I get there they keep me waiting for 20 mins then come in and say no because 9f credit history."

"Very very unprofessional. Applied for a loan in the morning online and got a call within 10 minutes from them asking me to come in later that day after I had finished work. Applied for £3500, went through with the appointment and was in there for around 1 hour, had 3 different people dealing with me (not all at once) going through my bank statements (usual stuff) i told them the loan was for a personal medical procedure that I can’t get on NHS and they wanted to know what exactly that was, it was none of their business. Out of the 3 people I met only one seemed to have any level of respect about them (mikey) who I originally spoke to on the phone , but even so, they tried to get me to fill out all of my information and get to the final step before they even told me what the interest rate was (150%) they wanted £5000 back from the £2000 loan they could offer me and they tried to hold out to show me what I’d be paying back until the very last minute and it was only because I specifically asked to see it before I filled out loads of information that I found out and told them no way. My feeling was they were desperate and basically felt like I was being conned, the other woman and man I dealt with whose names I never got, appeared half way through and at the end of the meeting and didn’t introduce themselves or speak to me with any level of decency, just treated me like an opportunity for money and only seemed interested in themselves and not the client. I was apprehensive about going in the first place but would not borrow money from this place if it was the last loan company on earth. Terrible experience, terrible interest rates, rude staff."

"Avoid this company like the plague, that are liars they refuse to follow their own policies and try to cheat you out of money. Seriously consider if you really need to use this company before you get false information, rude call handlers and liars! And this review is not because I can't pay I actually paid this company £6000 in November and they have messed me about ever since. They are the least professional bunch of people I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. My only regret is not pausing the loan I had with them due to covid, it seems if you are trying to sort your credit out this is the last company that you should use, better to do an IVA than work with these low life's"
